Yes! exercise is a big factor in relieving arthritis. exercising for 10 minutes a day is better than not exercising at all. You could do a variety of different exercises that are sure to help you out on the journey to becoming arthritis free. Thier are alot of sites out there that explain how to exercise to get rid of arthritis pain. Ive included this one and recommend that you check it out for yourself. Its up to you on which exercises you would want to do.
