Question by Gulianne Nicnolnia: Is there any way to briefly end the discomfort of arthritis?
Im sixteen, female. I was not long ago diagnosed with arthritis in my hands/fingers. Till my medicine arrives, is there any valuable suggestions I can use to ease the discomfort? Its really sharp and at times I cannot even maintain objects. Anything like warmth, or massage ideas I can do myself throughout college? Make sure you practically nothing that requires medicine, because I have some one the way, many thanks a million!

I’m not sure if this will work for you but it does for me. I have severer arthritis in my hips and when my legs really hurt, I take long HOT baths. The heat really helps me relax and alleviates the pain in my hips for a few hours. But I make it as hot as I can and sit in it as long as I can. Try soaking your hand in hot water with either regular salt or Epsom salt. It will help ease the pain and relax you.
I use a Tens machine. Best thing i’ve found in 15 years.
